The backyard is the star of the home, featuring a large swimming pool, hot tub, built-in BBQ, and a fun water slide—perfect for kids and adults alike to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings together. The home is centrally located in San Diego, offering easy access to everything the area is known for. Scenic Lake Miramar is just a few miles away, ideal for walking, jogging, biking, and enjoying beautiful views. Downtown San Diego, beaches, Legoland, the Zoo, and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are all within a convenient 30-minute drive, making this an excellent base for exploring the city. This home is best suited for families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy quality time together. The resort-style backyard provides hours of entertainment, while the spacious interior offers comfort and privacy after a day of adventure. Parties and events are not permitted. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of a standalone one-car garage. The attached two-car garage is available for guest use. Interaction with Guests: We are responsive and available via email, text, and phone throughout your stay. The home features secure keyless entry with an August Smart Lock, allowing you to enter using a personalized access code for the duration of your stay. Physical keys are also provided if preferred. Other Things to Note: The pool and spa do not have safety covers or surrounding gates, and the fire pit is ground-level. Children must be supervised at all times when these amenities are in use. The pool and spa can be heated; however, during cooler months, pool heating to specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the soaking tub in the primary bathroom is non-functional, though tubs are available in two other bathrooms.
